Where do We Ship
Currently, we can only ship to North America (Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, United States), Central America (All countries) and South America (All countries) from our Columbus, Indiana warehouse. We are working diligently to expand the supply chain to cover more customers from other regions. We will inform you once we add more delivery regions.
Except shipping to the US, for all other countries, please contact us to confirm the shipping method before ordering.
Limited Time Free Shipping
We are currently offer free ground shipping to all 48 Contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO addresses are not included at this time) for in-stock items (exceptions may apply). You may select expedited shipping method with additional cost. We reserve the right to end or change this offer any time.
Other than the “Limited Time Free Shipping”, all other shipping cost will be quoted in the Checkout Process. You may select shipping options per your requirements.
Other than the Indiana Sales Tax for the delivery to the state of Indiana, we DO NOT collect or pay for any other taxes, including VAT, import duty or any other taxes. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all relevant taxes are paid. For international shipping, the product will be labeled as “Hobby Products” for tax assessment purchase.
Most orders will ship the same business day if the order is received before 1:00 PM US EST, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please contact us if you need urgent support.
One your order is processed and accepted by the carrier, a tracking number will be provided to you via the email you used for ordering.
Handling for Multiple Product Orders
We will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Shipping to a 3rd Party Address
If the shipping address is different from the billing address, we may take additional steps to verify the user information, which may cause order processing delay.
