Important: please do not return the package without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. Items sent back without the RMA number will be rejected at the customer’s cost.
We will accept the return within 30-day of delivery and provide a refund if: (1) a wrong product has been sent to you; or (2) you have ordered a wrong item; or (3) you do not want the item any more. If a wrong product has been send to you, we will cover the shipping cost to deliver you the correct product. In any other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If the product has been sent with “Free shipping” offer, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The shipping charge is not refundable if there is any.
For any intended returns as described in the above 3 cases, the original package should NOT be opened in any way. If the package has been opened, we will charge 10% restocking fee for the entire return. The product to be returned must be in NEW CONDITIONS (1. include all items in the original package and 2. NO any attempt of usage or assembly activities).
You may select a carrier per your preference for the return. We suggest you have a service with tracking confirmation. We will not be responsible if the package is lost on its way to us.
Please review our Warranty Policy to determine if you are eligible for this service. If a Warranty Return is determined, the [store_name] will cover the shipping cost.
To Obtain a RMA
Please visit Contact us and submit a RMA request. Below is required information:
1. Department: select “General” from the dropdown list;
2. Name: Your name
3. Email: Your email
4. Subject: Please type “RMA”
5. Message: Please describe details regarding the reason you’d like a return.
After clicking the “SUBMIT REQUEST”, one of our customer representatives will be reviewing the information. Should there is any clarification necessary, we will contact you. Once the return is authorized, the RMA will be emailed to you.
Pack and Ship
Please clearly write down the RMA on a piece of paper (Not on the product package) and place it inside the shipping container. We suggest you have the shipment insured for the purchase value as we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of package. Should these scenarios happen, the refund will be denied. Once we receive the package, it will be inspected to verify its conditions. If the product has been used or damaged in any way, the refund will be denied. Unless notified by the customer for different options, we will refund you the purchase price (deduct the shipping cost or restocking fee if applicable).
